  • All of our products are made in small batches in our Bali workshop. If an item is out of stock or unavailable please contact us at: info@thisiswhereiroam.com and we can usually get one made for you.  Most lead times are no more then 4 weeks and some are much less so please let us know if you are interested in something that isn't available and we'd be happy to start producing one just for you!

  • If orders are in stock they will be shipped within three business days of order confirmation via DHL.

    *DHL DOES NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES* 

    We ship all over the world and offer flat rate shipping. Depending on your order size and destination our flat rates are: $11 and $20 

    Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery once your item has shipped                                                                                  

    If order is not currently in stock or on backorder, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Once we receive a custom order, you will receive an email providing you with production timelines shipment details (Please see |Made to Order| tab for more info).
